I didn't retain TJ until just before the sentencing portion of my case. He pretty much had his hands tied from the beginning of his involvement with my case. I was facing 4 felony counts of cocaine and marijuana delivery. TJ managed to get 2 of the counts dismissed. Despite the enormous uphill battle, and the undisputed evidence stacked against me, TJ was able to influence the judge into sentencing me to 2 years probation, and 5 months in jail, with huber granted. I am forever grateful to him for accomplishing what he did, despite his limited involvement in my case. TJ is very straight forward, and does not beat around the bush. You may not always like to hear what he's telling you, but by the end, you find that what he told you was the truth, and you find out that what he told you was for the betterment of yourself as well as the case. TJ was extremely accessible throughout the entire time he represented me. He took the time to make sure I understood each and every event that transpired. He was always there to answer my questions. He had a very calming effect throughout, as my nerves were just shot. I cannot say enough nice things about him or about his effectiveness, as he was just that damn good. He comes highly, highly recommended from me. I doubt a defendant could do any better retaining anybody other than TJ. Thank you so much TJ for everything you've done for me.

All I wanted was to stay out of jail, but he got the case dismissed. Excellent attorney, he knows the ins and outs, even in dealing with the messed up Milwaukee court system. I would highly recommend him.

Retained TJ to represent me on a Criminal Disorderly Conduct charge in Milwaukee County carrying substantial fines and jail time. This was a rather unique case that required lots of creative thinking outside the box. TJ was able to construct a strong defense after discovering an judicial error made in similar case in Minnesota. Thanks to the extra efforts by TJ we were able to get the charges reduced to just $150.00 fine and nothing more. I would highy recommend TJ to anyone looking for an attorney who goes the extra mile to achieve the desired results for the client and not just "roll with the punches" of our not so perfect legal system. I got a DUI and a minor, from someone calliong me in for drunk driving... I e-mailed T.J. and he got started on things right away. He did a great job defending me, we didn't even have to go to court and got my charges dropped to near nothing. Instead of thousands of dollars wasted on a DUI, i ended up with a $375 dollar ticket and 90 day lisence suspension, which is nothing!!
