It is always difficult when you are an attorney, and need to hire another attorney to represent you - especially when it is a very private matter, like divorce. When you have to share your personal life with another attorney, sometimes a colleague, it can be emotional. I needed a divorce attorney and I knew Attorney David Karp was one of the best in the Milwaukee area, so, I retained him. He treated me with respect and compassion, while making sure my best interests were considered. He was direct, honest, and understood the emotion of the matter.
