David Iancu and his team kept me well informed on all counts. David took time to really understand my situation, answered all questions related to family law, and made me feel comfortable by not telling me what I wanted to hear but truth. If I did not understand something he was great and without any hesitation was breaking it down into simpler terms for me. If your are looking for an attorney who is attentive, responsive, and makes you comfortable as possible, I would highly recommend David Iancu. In 2018, After a 12 year relationship- I was going through a separation (not married) and was just not sure how to proceed with anything. All of a sudden I had to make custody plans for our children and decide what was going to happen with the house that was partially mine. I was definitely feeling pressure to wrap up MAJOR life decisions in a very short span of time (4 weeks!) and eventually, a close friend recommended that I call David Iancu- a divorce lawyer that her husband previously worked with. She advised he was very helpful and I agreed it would be beneficial to consult with him just to make sure I wasn't missing any major details in regards to custody of my two children. I had a consult with David and eventually hired him to help draft all the details of my custody agreement because of the time frame. (I wanted to be in agreement with my Ex on all matters of child custody before the sale of our home went through.) I truly appreciated his attention to detail and patience with listening to my requests. 2 years later, I was able to reach out again to consult with him on a new situation and he responded within the hour. I had already known that I would reach out to him if ever needed in the future, and recommend his service to anyone in need. This just renewed that knowledge for me. David Iancu was thorough in preparation and we walked into the hearing ready for anything. In big part to that preparation, the case dismissed for lack of merit before even presenting the evidence. I highly recommend David.

Since 2013, I have struggled to find an attorney that was willing to stand up for my family's best interests. After numerous attorney's and an unbelievable amount of money, we found attorney David Iancu. He not only resolved the issues in a thorough manner, but did so expeditiously. I had an extremely messy divorce. Without going into too much detail it included a child custody dispute and a respondent that was volatile, went through 3 attorneys and a pro se period, and is a small business owner that refused to comply with discovery or any other orders from the judge. Throughout this, David was very responsive, often calling or emailing me on nights or weekends. He helped me to focus on what mattered and forget what did not. He was sensitive to the cost of the case and did not waste time where it wasn’t necessary. David was extremely knowledgeable of the process and the law, as we had to consider many strategies and legal options given the complexity of the case. He fought hard for the best interest of my children. In the end, after almost 2 years, we finally got to a point a mediation and were able to avoid a trial. David worked well into the night to get me a settlement that was financially reasonable and best for the well being of my children. Its difficult to summarize how hard this case was and how much David fought for my family over those 2 years. I strongly recommend hiring him!
