I hired Lindsey on June of 2020, I am reviewing her now because my divorce took long to finalize and my divorce was final on January of 2022 and I was going to through her reviews and I never got the chance to thank her. At the moment I have another situation that I will be retaining Lindsey for and will review her in a timely manner but let me just explain how wonderful Lindsey was for my divorce. One she was able to stipulate my divorce before even getting to the judge. She saved me a lot of money on that stipulation. I didn’t understand why she told me not to retain her for the portion of the GAL at the time. I was too emotional and thought like I was going to be screwed not realizing that Lindsey had already set me up for the win on the stipulation I was worried about the little things and Lindsey sat me down said hey you going to have to take the lost here on the ring pay that balance she negotiated me out of a-lot of debt that I would of incurred. She was very honest when my funds were exhausted she told me you don’t have to retain me for the GAL trial she explained everything again because my emotions were all over the place I didn’t understand it. But when my divorce was finalized it all made sense. There was no 50/50 on the debt she was able to get me out of alot and she did it in a short time I want to say 5 months she got everything on a court document had my wife and her lawyer agree on the stipulation and told me not to retain her for the GAL( because she didn’t want to just take my money) she knew I didn’t need her for that and told me you don’t have to retain me until the GAL has made a decision and at that point you can retain me again if needed. Lindsey is not cheap but she’s worth every dollar she charges for her services and I would recommend her 100% no questions asked. I had an issue where the child was born in a marriage and I wasn’t the biological father. It was a very hard situation for me at the time but when it was all set and done I realized just how good Lindsey really was. My ex wife spent over 20k on her attorneys and Lindsey I want to say costed me anywhere from 4-6k in that 5 month window and man I just want to say she was worth every penny of it! By the time the divorce was finalized I was able to overcome the presumption of marriage. I had the rings paid off and I walked away without paying thousands towards my wife’s debt in school. Lindsey did the right thing in stipulating my case saved me a-lot of money in court fees and was always super nice, professional and to the point. Best Family Lawyer in Milwaukee for sure!

Lindsey White!! Where do I begin. Amazing,Amazing, Amazing. If only i could give her more stars. Getting full custody of 4 children as a man is a difficult task. After hiring 3 different lawyers Lindsey White was MVP that made it happen. I can not thank this beautiful young lady enough. She got me my babies back. (My whole life). After 10 months of fighting for them due to abandonment. I hired Lindsey White and she got it done in one month. I now have a 4 beautiful children back in Louisiana where they belong. I completely felt that way the whole time Lindsey was handling my case. Every time we spoke, emailed, or had general discussions I always felt confident she had mine and my children's best interests in mind. Divorce is never easy. With mine, I was representing myself for the first quarter of the process. I consulted with Lindsey and hired her as we both assumed it was on it's last legs and as the respondent, we would both just ensure the legal process is followed. We both assumed wrong. Lindsey was instrumental in keeping the process grounded. She went above and beyond being the respondent attorney and even cracked the whip a few times as necessary. The other party was all over the place and random, she was able to keep the focus and more importantly keep me from losing my mind. Yes there were frustrations with the process, but she was patient and level headed. She is not your typical lawyer, from my perspective, that is after your money or delaying the process or tasks to get more. She is the opposite. She wants to get it done, get it done right and effective from the start. I hope you or anyone does not to go through a divorce, but if you do and need a lawyer, Lindsey White is the person to help. I can't put or type into words how grateful I am that she came in the middle of everything and was able to keep the train on the tracks, as a respondent lawyer, when the petitioner and their lawyer were trying to derail along the way. Oh and the unnecessarily complicated process in Milwaukee County is a nightmare, she was able to guide along that craziness and break it down honestly and with her client in mind, while also considering the other side. We had kids involved, she was able to keep them as the focus but not have them involved. To balance that is an incredible task. If you are going through a divorce, I honestly wish you the best. It will take a lot out of you, but if you are reading this and considering Lindsey, go with her. She helps take a the sting out of this awful process.

After over 25 years of paying maintenance of $1,000/month to my ex wife, I decided enough was enough. My current wife and I did the research and decided to hire Lindsey. This was one of the smartest moves of my life. My ex had been living in a marriage like relationship with another person for several years, continuing to rake in the $12,000 per year. After much review, Lindsey felt our case was very strong to terminate maintenance, and within 6 months of hiring her we were able to weigh the pros and cons of proceeding to a court case vs a buyout. Ultimately the buyout was the answer and was done at a very reasonable cost to me. This permanently ended maintenance. Lindsey was very efficient and kept us informed throughout. She always answered our questions in a timely fashion which was most appreciated. My wife of 23 years and I are now free of any connection to my ex and it is a huge relief for us. We are so appreciative of Lindsey's professional help and guidance. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking help in family law.

I hired Miss White in 2015 for a jurisdiction dispute. While I lived in Alabama at the time, my ex lived in Wisconsin where I had moved from. The state of Alabama had issued a Protection From Abuse restraining order against my ex for myself and our son, so my ex attempted to file custody papers in Wisconsin and just hope I didn't notice. However, I was notified by a friend of the proceedings and promptly hired Atty White. Not only was my ex's case dismissed due to lack of jurisdiction, but I was then able to terminate his parental rights due to his abuse of my son! Had I lost jurisdiction, I would have had to fight from 1000 miles away for my son's safety, and it would have been dragged out much longer. Due to the nature of the abuse, I'm sure my ex's rights still would have been terminated, but it would have been much more costly and lengthy. I can't imagine what that would have done to my family. On top of Lindsey's professionalism, I was astounded with her demeanor and behavior! I will admit that I am a difficult client to work with in court, as I want to be walked through everything step by step. I do a lot of research, and I really want to be a part of it. It's my life, after all! Some lawyers get very frustrated and want me to just hand the whole case over to them and wait. Lindsey never made me feel like I was inconveniencing her with my emails or calls and my detailed questions. She understood how important everything was to me... this is my son! Nothing is more important! Miss White allowed me to be there for every step of the process, never getting aggravated with my need to know every detail. She made me feel safe, like it was going to be handled and be okay, when all I was fearing was my son being abused again. I could not imagine working with someone more professional yet compassionate. I highly recommend Lindsey to anyone and everyone!
