Mr. Alioto has helped me in several hit and run accidents, I would have been left with serious medical issues and serious debt. He went above and beyond. He also helped my family with some driving tickets, nothing bad speeding. And more importantly he married my wife and I. Everything was done professionally, he makes you feel like family. This man is a well rounded gentleman with a firm grip on law, and a genuinely good hearted person. Which is hard to find in lawyers these days. This Individual should find another line of work that Is not so challenging. He has been Involved in a case since February of 2016 and In December of 2016 stated to the Judge that he did not know too much about the case..That he wasn't really that familiar with said case...Are you kidding me ? If he spent as much time on his cases as he did on his Tanning then he might actually have more knowledge...What a joke..But that's a WI. Attorney for you. This guy Is not a bulldog Attorney , More like a Poodle with a tan. No passion what so ever for his so called profession. I wouldn't have selected a single star as far as ratings go ...But In order to post this statement I had to of chosen at least one star.

I was referred to Attorney Joseph Alioto by my brother-in-law who the attorney had won a case for regarding a vehicle accident that he was involved in. My husband went in to get the paper work so that we could get the case started for an accident of which we were as I was injured. Our vehicle was damaged and I was physically hurt. So that initial visit was with my husband only. Afterwhich, Attorney Alioto and his staff maintained consistent regular contact with me and we shared updates- me regarding my health and rehabilitation and they gave me progress reports on my case. I never had to attend court at all. Attorney Alioto and his staff did and excellent job working with all represented vehicle insurance companies, my employer, and medical doctors in representing my case. I feel vindicated for all happened and all that I continue to endure in my pain and suffering. But most of all I feel heard! I recommend if you are looking for the type of attorney that will take the time to not only investigate your case, but how it maybe or is to some extent still affecting your life. And you see in working with your attorney's staff that they will find a way to fight for your STORY,--that is the lawyer you want --ATTORNEY ALIOTO. He is the lawyer I persinally recommend you hire. He and his staff did that for me!!
