Told me to fax all my evidence asap for a phone conference scheduled 2 days out. Waited for call. Never called me. Called office. Said attorney wasn't available to talk to, left him message. Never called back

Paul Schinner did a great job with my case. He was always prompt in returning my emails and keeping me informed as to what was going on and what the next step would be it took a lot longer than we had anticipated to get my issue resolved and it was for a lot less than what we originally had hoped but that did not discourage Mr. Schinner who worked diligently through to the end. I would highly recommend cross law firm to anyone that's having employment issues.

Cross Law Firm should be your choice if you've been treated poorly or fired by your employer. I tried fighting "my old employer" on my own at first and was getting nowhere by myself. I called to ask about my discriminating case and yet I get called sir.. then I ask why do I get a gender when I haven’t even identify myself...? Poor judgment already can see they can’t even answer the phone correctly. What makes you think they’re gonna do with my court case?..... No thanks

Don’t waste your time here. It’s the same receptionist lady who answers every time. She never introduces herself and has a snotty attitude. Impossible to get in contact with paralegals Israel Santa Maria or Darryl because they don’t show up to appointments and stopped answering emails. Even reached out to the managing attorney Nola Hitchcock and no reply. Not responsive, unprofessional phone etiquette, just a waste of time.

My case was resolved in 6 weeks, in exactly the way I was advised it would. Incredibly honest solid advice through the process. My final bill with them was also exactly in the range promised.
