Richard Rice represented me with my case. From the beginning he made himself available. He never made me feel unimportant. He always answered my questions in a timely manner. He also took the time to explain the process. He always let me make the final discussion. He is very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately in December of 2017 I found myself in need of an employment attorney . I did an internet search and decided to give Fox & Fox a call. The next day my call was returned by Mr. Richard Rice . As it turns out that was a very fortunate day for me. I talked to Mr. Rice about the issues I was having with my employer. Mr.Rice asked if I could come to his office to further discuss my case , at which time he decided he would take my case .Mr.Rice was very detailed about the battle that lay ahead . Mr.Rice went to battle for me diligently working on my case .Mr. Rice was very prompt in returning all emails and phone calls . Mr. Rice kept me informed on every step that was taken concerning my case,exceeding my expectations. Mr Rice resolved my case with very favorable results.

You have been warned to not use Mr. Richard Ross. Very rude and condescending individual. I contacted the Fox and Fox office involving a US Department of Labor investigation that need to be followed up on after employer refused to pay back wages as directed by the federal government. Mr. Ross informed me that an investigation could not have been done by the US Department Labor with out a written complaint, which is a complete contradiction of the information I received for the head of the Wage and Hours division of the US Dept. of Labor this morning. Mr. Ross informed me that it is my responsibility to get that complaint on my own. There was no written complaint made by me, the complaint was taken by phone, which was explained to Mr. Ross, who then explained that it was not possible. He doesn't know his information, and refuses to take action like an attorney should. If you're looking for an attorney who takes action, don't go with Mr. Richard Ross. He'll expect you to do all the leg work which is close to impossible when working with an agency like the US Dept of Labor, and then expect still get paid. I have talked with people at the Cross Law Firm that were willing to take action of retrieving the information needed for court from the US Dept of Labor after our initial consultation. It would be my suggestion to contact the Cross Law Firm with all of you employment law needs.
