It’s so hard to know where to even begin but I’ll keep it as simple as I can. Saying thank you to Matt and Chong doesn’t even it. I remember reaching out to Matt thinking it’d be something pretty simple as both parties originally agreed only for it to drag on for almost 2 years. The whole time Matt kept in contact, he was always professional even when my emotions got the best of me (and it happened often). He really listened to me and understood what I was going through. He was very knowledgeable not only about the law but also about the Hmong culture. There was never a time that I felt like I didn’t know what was going on or what the next steps were. Matt was hired to assist in obtaining documents regarding estate probate. For the two years prior, the personal representative refused to send requested information. Matt helped obtain records and reviewed them with me. He was always punctual, professional, civil, and courteous, even when others were not. He stayed focused on facts and next steps, did not engage in petty or divisiveness, then lived up to his word and conferenced in other professionals as needed. Recommended for these reasons, and for his intelligence, knowledge, skillful writing and pleasant personality.
