Alan Olson and Richard Crane are incredible attorneys. They took a very complicated case and stood behind me so I could get over the worst year of my life. Alan is as sharp and intimidating as anyone I’ve ever met in a courtroom, and I actually had to cover my pulse points while he was questioning a witness because it was as exciting as a tv drama. Richard is the fatherly kind Southern gentleman, who sits through an entire deposition, then evicerates them with one insightful question. There’s no one else to call for employment law, you can trust them completely. It was an honor working with them.

I contacted Alan C. Olson & Associates in regard to wrongful termination from a previous employer. Initially I was leery of proceeding, however, after speaking with an attorney, I decided to move forward. Called and was told I had a case but they wanted a 5k retainer. I wasnt able to come up with it as had lost my job and had no income and no way to even pay my rent but I was wrongfully terminated. I called and emails Alan and asked if we could work out something to pay after the case is was won.I got no calls back and no replies. I practically begged. o I showed up to the office with my 8 sheets of proof to show him and it was a maze their was no front office and I found mr alan and he told me to go back to the front somone lady came up to the front door area and was being very rude to me and I asked if I could speak to him that I had called etc and she said I could email him so I emailed him again and no replies. I would not want to work with a company that treats prospective customers like this. Very rude on top of what else we are going through. It shows they really do NOT care about people at all. very cold I let them know I am raising a child alone too and that being illegally "fired" from my job is now ruining all my chances at all the other places I applied and interviewed with!

I worked with Alan C. Olson & Associates. S.C. for the last 3 ½ years regarding an employment case against a huge manufacturing conglomerate, and my case was recently resolved. I was extremely fortunate to have had Alan in my corner for this journey, from the start when I was still in shock over losing my job, to the end that resulted in a very favorable outcome for us. You can imagine the deep pockets that a major corporation possesses, and the many roadblocks and delay tactics that they attempted to implement. “Attempted”, because Alan and his team patiently persevered and overcame every obstacle that was thrown up. His guidance allowed me to avoid becoming frustrated, as a 3 ½ year journey sounds like a long time… but the outcome was well worth it! That very favorable outcome would not have happened unless I had teamed up with Alan and his 35 years of experience in employment law.

Alan and Nicholas handled my unemployment benefits denial hearing very. They took the matter very seriously and won the case. Very happy with whole experience.
