Called a few months back for a consultation during a search for lawyer, after a positive referral from a friend. Left my name and number, as well as a description of what I needed with the receptionist. Never received a call back.
Edit: The same law firm, same lawyer, assisted a previous coworker just months prior for the same issue, at the same company.

Scheduled a phone call with them, never called back... website offers you to send them an "contact me" email, but the online assistant does not let up and will continue to flood your screen with "are you still there, I can assist you" or something like that, while you try to navigate the website
