I hired Atty Brianna Covington to represent my sister in her effort to obtain Disability Benefits from Social Security. Atty Covington has a wide range of experience in these types of cases and that became evident during our very first communication. She is prompt to respond to communication and kept us updated on events related to our case. Atty Covington provided a realistic overview of time and events for the disability review process and her experience and counsel enabled us to receive a favorable case decision. We would not have achieved this result without her involvement. I would highly recommend Atty Brianna Covington to provide legal representation for disability benefits cases.

Called for advice about an employment issue. Woman answering the phone asked for the general issue. I explained briefly. She said that the lawyer would return my call in the afternoon. No call. Talked to the woman the next afternoon. Her response was he is busy, I'll leave him another message. Never called back. What a jerk. Absolutely unprofessional!

Alan and his Associates are a great team that works together as one to see that justice is done to your favor. Everyone was very nice, respectful, and knowledgeable. I interviewed many lawyers before choosing one and when I met with Alan I knew that he would be the one to represent me. I had a sense of relief having an amazing team working to defend me. My employer took away from me a part of my dignity and self respect, at least I had Alan Olson and his Associates to give me back part of it.

I was not even on the phone with this man named nick for two minutes before a was extremely rude. Worst service I have ever encountered.

OMG this guy is the worst. 1 star is too much. This guy should have no stars. You call to tell him about your problem and he can’t even help you. He’s to busy stroking off others to give him a 5 star rating. So rude. Don’t waste your time with this guy.

After receiving poor service with a confusing call where he didn't listen to me and then without knowing what I was asking him for said sorry I'm not interested in assisting you. Then after I left a 1 star rating for his poor conduct, he called me complaining about receiving a 1 star rating on Google. Maybe he should spend more time listening with an empathetic ear to what a potential client has to say before quickly dismissing them. I have spoke to many attorneys this week and this was by far the worst experience I've had. I called his office back and requested that he refrain from calling me again. If he didn't want to listen to try and offer help the first time don't call back begging for another chance. That's unprofessional and rude. I wasn't going to leave a comment, however that return call I felt warranted it. My suggestion is spend less time worrying about your Google rating and more time about your potential clients. Then your rating will naturally climb. After reviewing previous reviews it would appear this is a common practice for Alan Olson. To your response... in the call I explained that I had no attorney yet somehow you assumed from that a former attorney terminated me. Also in the call I never got the chance in the 2 minutes that we talked to explain any details. You asked general questions which you messed up my answers on and I had to correct you. Maybe you didn't like that I corrected you and then just decided not to listen after that. The only red flags were that you didn't show empathy and listen to a potential client. I will gladly provide a script of our call on this Google review as I have a full record of our conversation. You can make false claims to try and stand on a pedestal, but you have multiple reviews all saying the same as me. I can back up my claims... such a pity that you aren't a better attorney.

No one WANTS to ever meet an attorney that practices the type of law that Brianna Covington does but I'm glad I did! I was referred to her office through a family member. I was surprised with how frank and down to earth Attorney Covington was throughout the process. I didn't feel like I was expected to understand the legal jargon because she took time to explain the situation and gave me a best case outcome and walked me through the entire process. I would highly recommend her even though I hope I never have to speak to her professionally again! :)

Saying that Alan Olson is one of the best in the area would be an understatement. He IS the best in the Midwest. When I had questions about my rights as an employee I did not second guess who my first phone call would be. I wouldn’t have gone to any other firm.
