I had hired Bryant McFadden for my divorce to take over the first attorney I hired, and had to let him go. Bryant very quickly got everything going, caught up, and fixed errors my previous lawyer made. It was an absolutely flawless transition. I never had to worry for a second. Bryant kept me informed at all times, was always on top of what needed to be done to finish my complicated case. He responded immediately to my emails and phone calls. Bryant was very kind, patient, understanding, and truly cared about what I wanted to happen. He listened to me, and stood up for me when I was at my weakest point. He never once talked down to me, and was always very understanding. He was always professional, prepared, prompt and organized. He was always early to court, communicated extremely well with the judge, opposing attorney and the GAL. Bryant McFadden literally saved me and my kids. In the end my (now) ex husband and I were all very happy with the end results. Bryant always had everything under control. I didn’t have to double check, because he followed through right away with everything, and his staff was always up to speed on where we were with the case, and was able to answer my questions. I would absolutely, definitely recommend McFadden or Gatzke Law to any law needs. They made a very horrible time in my life much easier!!

After being involved in a car accident, I hired John to handle my case. He was able to work with all the parties, insurance companies, healthcare providers and the defense attorney to get me the results I wanted. Have had NO follow-up since signing over my case (minor/moderate injuries) 8 months ago. In spite of inquiring a few times. I thought this place was well-reviewed but those comments were for a former attorney at this office. Now (I believe his nephew took over) I can't recommend it at all. Go elsewhere.

John was very cordial, he was very compassionate and understanding, in my opinion he was extremely competent with numerous legal matters. He takes time with his clients which for me was a very comfortable environment for me. Call John first! And if you don't call him first before you retain an attorney do not make the mistake of not calling him!

Gave a 1 star only because I couldn't give 0 stars. Hiring Gatzke was the single worst experience of our lives. Their office was unresponsive and unprofessional. A lot of our questions and requests went unanswered. We ended up collecting most of the documentation for our settlement, not them. In the end they charged us 42% of the settlement instead of the contracted 33%. Would not recommend.

I came by recommendation to Gatzke law firm. I was welcomed and treated like my life and situation really mattered to them. They were available Always! If I left a message, they got right back to me. My attorney was Bryant McFadden, and he was so helpful. He explained everything in detail to me, and if I didn't understand, he would explain until I did. He was super supportive, very kind and helpful. He helped make my transition through this difficult time, a more bearable experience. I would recommend him to anyone.

Bryant helped me through a difficult time in my life. I was dealing with an unexpected life change ("D") and was not looking forward to the process that was to come. He was there every step of the way, and never left me alone. Meaning, if I needed to talk to him, and he wasn't available, he would call back as soon as he could. He explained everything in detail to me, and if I didn't understand, he would not let it go until I did. He wanted to make sure I understood. Bryant was also like my cheerleader as I headed on my new path, while still waiting for this process to be over. If I felt down, it is as if he could sense it, and would say something that would pick me back up. He was very helpful, and personable. It really felt as if he cared, and I truly believed he did. I would recommend him to anyone that is going through a trying situation! Thank you so much Bryant, I so appreciate all your support you gave to me!

Attorney Bryant McFadden represented me as both a plaintiff and defendant in family issues post-divorce. He won both my cases and I only wish he was my attorney for my initial divorce hearing. He was very professional and realistic. He was able to give me sound advice on all of my post-divorce proceedings and I was very proud to have him represent me. I would recommend him to anyone who needs legal help.
