I worked with Nicholas McLeod to review a separation letter from my employer and was very pleased. Nicholas was very professional and structured in his approach. He went through all the areas of potential concern to see if they applied. He then compared the contents of my letter to what he has learned to be the norm from his extensive work in the area. He was able to tell me what was normal and fair and where there was something outside the norm. For me, he identified two areas that were a little outside the norm. Armed with this information I was able to amicably negotiate changes to these with my employer on my own. The benefits in knowing what was fair in my agreement and where to discuss with my employer was worth the cost and effort.
