I had an extremely difficult case, which Dan did not hesitate to take. My case involved very strict restrictions placed against me which made it very difficult for me to see and spend time with my daughter. I've never been in trouble by the law, never even had a speeding ticket; in fact, I hold a Top Secret Clearance from the Department Of Defense. At the time, I served in the Army in a Special Operations Unit. For five years my ex-wife had these restrictions set against me and in those five years I was only able to see my daughter six times. When I separated from the Army, I decided to hire Dan to reopen my case so that I could have a normal life with my daughter. Dan was very honest, educated me on the process we would be going through and prepared me for what I thought were going to be long, stressful, multiple court hearings. Dan was absolutely amazing in court! Believe me when I say HE WILL FIGHT FOR YOU! Dan was able to to get all of the restrictions placed against me dropped, we were granted everything we asked for and he did it all in one court hearing. Dan is absolutely by far the best attorney who really goes above and beyond for his client, specially his veterans!

Dan was awesome with my child custody case. He was very helpful in guiding me in what ways I had to go. During the trial he didn't hold back to why I should have my kids more and came back with answers when the opposing side questioned my abilities. I ended up getting almost exactly what I asked for, which is more time with my kids. Dan never stopped fighting for me and in the end it showed. Dan is so incredibly knowledgeable in so many areas! He makes every conversation worth it with no nonsense. He has no problem making you feel like he cares about your exact situation, wants, and needs. While in the court room, he has a way with words that literally makes you feel so confident. I first talked with Dan in Feb of 2017 and hired him within a month, he took on my case which lasted over a year. I was so scared I didn't know what to expect or what to even do. I felt he cared and knew he was on the right side of the situation which made my experience with him feel comfortable even when I was scared out of my wits. I knew no matter the outcome he had done everything in his power to win my case. And that is EXACTLY what he did. With his attention to detail and cross examination, knowing what questions to ask, when to ask them and to what party to get the truth to come out was awesome.
