Dave Fitzpatrick was kind, efficient, and competent in preparing me for my disability hearing. He answered all of my questions during preparation for my hearing, and after it was over, thoroughly and without delay. He and his staff treated me with kindness and respect. I felt supported. Scott was amazing, from the first consultation over the phone to the one in his office. He made sure I understood everything and made sure I was comfortable with the entire process. I was not sure who to approach with a concern that I had about my mother's care in a nursing home, so I decided to consult this firm due to my personal knowledge of where the firm was. The attorney who consulted with me was Scott Butler. Scott was a great listener, gathering all the facts, and then pursing a lawsuit. He was a great communicator. always letting me know where things stood a securing a settlement for my mother much higher than I thought possible. I could not recommend Scott high enough for any personal injury issues you may have.
