I recently was in a car accident and decided to take on Scott to help handle and manage things while I was recovering. In a timely manner yet still considerate to what was happening, he resolved the case and got a satisfactory result!

I was injured in a fall accident while I was taking a walk. Although the case was difficut to prove liability against the homeowner Scott was successful in providing the details of my fall. He was able to get a satisfactory settlement with the Homeowner and Insurance company. I would recommend him for any of your legal needs. Great job Scott!

December 2019 my mother was literally run over by a Ford F150 truck TWICE while walking to her car in a parking lot. Luckily this accident did not kill her, but she had MANY injuries; some of them have left her permanently disabled. The driver was a state employee driving a state vehicle so the insurance limitations were minimal to say the least. Through her disaster, my husband researched lawyers online & made calls, but decided that Scott Butler seemed to be the BEST fit for mom's needs. One call brought Scott directly to mom's hospital room so we could meet him, discuss the case & her injuries & decide whether or not to choose him for certain for her defense. We made it clear to her that it was ultimately HER decision & she went ahead & hired Scott.
