I am grateful for the exceptional support and professionalism I received from Tim throughout my case. Even when I felt uncertain or anxious, he remained calm and approachable, providing clear, factual guidance that went a long way as I battled my anxiety over the circumstances. Tim's ability to blend straightforward legal advice with genuine empathy made the entire process much more manageable. In the end, his expertise led me to a resolution that was much better than anticipated at the outcome. I truly appreciated his even-keeled demeanor and would highly recommend Tim to anyone in need of legal counsel.

Tim was fantastic from the start. We didn't think we had a case and did not pursue any action until we had almost run out the statute of limitations, and he had the other party served, out of town at a professional conference, in their hotel, the night before we would have been too late. That was just the start of his "above and beyond" treatment of our case. He fought state limitations and caps, proved several times we HAD a case to start with and argued with the opposing party and their insurance company for over three years to get us almost everything we would have seen had we gone to a full jury trial and won unconditionally. He kept us up to date on changes and progress, he gave us tips as first time litigants (for depositions and court appearances), and worked with us during Covid and our move to another state to keep us all safe and comfortable with any interactions we had (and I think we all learned a bit about Zoom together!) He worked tirelessly to bring well researched arguments to the table, and all of his written arguments were done in a clear manner so that we as "regular citizens" could read and understand his point just as easily as the opposing counsel and the judge. As a personal opinion, I also really enjoyed the humor he brought to the table, and his ability to call people out on their lack of understanding in a professional way, with just the slightest hint of "Can you believe how stupid they sound?" to keep it funny and as fun as something like a personal injury claim can possibly be. I'm glad our case has been concluded, but I think we'll all miss the humor that Tim brought to things, and I don't know that words can express our gratitude for his help, expertise, and professionalism. WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!!!!!! I'd go on and on, but I'm running out of allowed space :)

I would highly recommend Timothy Jacobson to anyone needing an attorney. Tim was always on top of our case and put in a lot of hours for us but never made us feel like we were a burden. He was very knowledgeable with the real estate laws and kept us moving in a good direction. We had such a bizarre case that came with a lot of twists and turns and he made our case so easy to continue with. I really do not think there would have been any other attorney who fought for us like Tim did and although due to unforeseen circumstances the case dragged on for almost 5 years we are happy Tim was able to settle our case and we are able to move forward. Attorney Jacobson's advice was clear and respectful of our concerns. As our situation changed with the proposed sand mine near our property and with Chippewa County who issued the reclamation permit, he gave us sound advice each step of the way. We appreciated his depth of knowledge about the issues involved with the proposed sand mine, the negative impact on the environment and the community and the county permitting process that we considered deficient. We liked that he developed award winning documentaries about Western Wisconsin promoting appreciation of the land we want to protect. We would certainly recommend Attorney Jacobson's services for any environmental issue.

Tim worked hard for us against the frac sand mine that was going to be placed at our door step with the processing plant just past our property line. We won - no mine! Tim was very friendly and dedicated to the cause.

He reviewed all data and related narratives that I had prepared. Then, researched applicable cases and decisions that supported our filing a claim. He consulted as to what expected results could be expected. Finally, he prepared proper filing for our claim. Results were as "hoped" for!.
