This guy needs to retire. He lost my case because he couldn't remember crucial details of my case making us look stupid. I think it's time for this old guy to retire cuz if you can't remember crucial details, people shouldn't be paying you. He also didn't prep myself or my witnesses properly therefore going into court completely blind and unprepared. Don't go to this guy to represent you if you want to win. Please retire Brian.

We were going to file bankruptcy on our dairy farm worth $1 million we picked John Menn as our lawyer he saved us many thousands of dollars and we did not file bankruptcy and still own 80 acres in the contract for the selling of most of the farm he found many things the other lawyer did not I would highly recommend him
