I worked with Scott Engstrom on a real estate transaction and I've never had such a thorough and prompt attorney! I ended up with the third house I bid on and Scott was flexible and rolled with the changes easily. He worked to get my earnest money back when one house fell through due to a poor inspection and quickly responded to all of my requests and changes. He was absolutely fantastic.
