When looking into establishing a Will, an Individual Trust, and an Irrevocable Trust I found attorney Charles Williams both knowledgeable and educational as to the implementation of each. Over the years he has guided me thru the changes and updates regarding these in order to best service the original intent. With the recent passing of my mother Chuck has overseen the closure of these Trusts and I intend to utilize his knowledge to prepare additional Trusts in the near future.
