She is vicious. Knows the laws and tells you reality. Honest and by the books. Respects your time. Always makes her appointments. Got me a $0.00 child support order.

When I first met with Attorney Navarrette via Sterling Law Group, she said all the right things I needed/wanted to hear. Within two days, I hired the firm/her and communication was steady. Then the filing of documents came and the discrepancies in what was expressed in our initial meeting were not adding up. They were minor, so I brought it to her attention but moved on. Now were supposed to be communicating with the opposing counsel, I am copied on a select few items - only those that the opposing counsel directly wishes me to see. I continue to ask questions, push for responses to deadlines that Ms. Navarrette has put in place but now I am being reminded that I am not her only client. I feel the need to remind Ms. Navarrette I perfectly understand that, but I am a paying one that also deserves attention. Ms. Navarrette knew my expectations going into my divorce and they did not change, my financial state was only going to get worse so time was of the essence and being pushed off was not acceptable. The more I expected professionalism the more she avoided me and responded with "I'm sorry I had hearings" "I was tied up all week" "I was with clients". In checking the state court system, Ms. Navarrette had a couple court appearances the early part of the year, the majority of her court appearances started in October 2018. I hired Ms. Navarrette January 2018 and she withdrew from my case before it was settled in August of 2018 and I am currently fighting for justice of being wronged. I was released when I asked for all the communications between her and the opposing counsel and she stated it was due to my dissatisfaction with her services and her disagreement with my statements. When a simple divorce should be done within the 120 days or at least have the negotiations started as promised within that time frame and their not, it seems there is a different agenda at hand. I was forced to by-pass processes to move forward with my divorce and then was insulted because I was not aware of what communication was going on between the attorneys but yet was charged for it all. Seems quite unjust
