The lawyer I spoke with - Hannah E. Smet - talked me through all of the paperwork and gave very helpful advice and confirmed our case was viable. She was very helpful with any questions I had as well. It is quite daunting as a renter to take on a landlord and they made it considerably less stressful. Their legal advice was invaluble, and I also found the cost to be reasonable.
