Kelly Schwab guided us through a very difficult purchase of property owned by six siblings after their father passed away. All six siblings had to sign off on every document which made the whole process very cumbersome and at times downright ridiculous. Kelly pushed forward to get the signatures we needed to complete the transaction. Without her help and knowledge we would not have been able to complete this process.
