I was referred to Atty Joanne Leifheit by a friend when my husband passed away. It was such a comfortable experience that also left me feeling very confident in their expertise, I came back to this office when dealing with my brother's estate. Starting with the friendly office help who immediately put me at ease and then working with both attorneys Joanne and Monica who could not have been nicer and who always had the answers to all my questions and knew the best way to deal with the strange and awkward situations that arose, in no time at all I felt I was home with friends. Monica even shares a little laughter with me when business is done. Today a woman has to be careful who to trust and I will never hesitate to recommend this firm to my family and friends.

5 stars is truly not enough for the professional, informative, respectful, and kind ways that Joanne and her entire staff treated our family and our daughter who has significant medical and learning needs. Joanne helped us secure guardianship for our disabled child while still empowering and listening to our daughters needs, wants, and dreams for her future. Joanne was a part of our team every step of the way. My calls, emails, and questions were all answered quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Attorney Joanne Leifheit and her staff, you will not be disappointed.

Atty. Leifheit's years of experience in Family Planning law is outstanding! She listens to her clients as to their specific needs. She's extremely knowledgeable in her law specialty and has received multiple awards for being one of the best in her field. I've used her expertise in drafting our family trust including a special needs trust, POA for my son, and a my will. Her staff has always been friendly and helpful. I wouldn't consider using anyone else and highly recommend setting up a free first consultation. In my opinion you can't go wrong with working with her.

This was our second time with Joanne doing an update to our trust after 7 years. Just like the first meeting, everything there waiting for us to review and sign. I met Joanne at one of her workshops. Everything was made easy for me to understand as she can talk in legal jargon as well as personally to me at the level I understand. Joanne was a pleasure to work with. She is professional in all interactions and took the time to explain my options as well as why something may or may not work in my estate plan. Though she has not met my family, I feel she is looking out for their interests as well as mine as we drew up my documents. I have referred my family to her and would not hesitate to work with her again.

I called and spoke to a receptionist regarding an estate plan. We had already talked with a few different attorneys and knew exactly what we needed. We know that the same exact plan can be as low as $2000 and as high as $5000 depending on the attorney. I told her exactly what we needed and asked for a ballpark price. She said that I would have to fill out a form with all my asset information and would have a consultation with the attorney. I asked her why would we waste both our time with forms, my personal info, and consults with no idea of the price? She said that's just the way it is. She was rude and very unwilling to work to work with me to provide some idea of the cost without a large time effort from me which makes no sense. If I would have had the chance to speak with the attorney directly, she probably could have given me a rough price in about one minute as every other attorney before her has. Very inefficient, unhelpful, and rude!

Chuck worked to have a temporary restraining order dropped and worked to have an interview with the police replaced by a statement from me. Chuck saved me from going to court and meeting with the police to face false charges. Chuck went out of his way to understand my legal situation, to make time to handle my case and to communicate fully with me. I am grateful for Chuck's work and would highly recommend Chuck in criminal defense matters.

How do you put a price on commanding justice for a client? News flash, I would tell you to hire Mr. Blumenfield. When I needed amazing counsel, around the clock and often times more as peace of mind, Chuck was there. As I am by nature brutally honest, I respect that he was always up front with me, gave me details and understood where I was in my life with my current situation. More so of what I appreciated was his ability to evaluate my needs without words. He is wise beyond this lifetime. He took on my case, which was most definitely out of his comfort zone, but I truly know that he did work countless hours for justice, that not only affected me.
