*I am DeLIGHTed to write this review* Att. Heckle was a referral from a mutual friend. My first impression was definitely that there was something unique about her. My litigations began abruptly and were regarding one of my children. These circumstances challenged me in new ways. Upon the full understanding of what was ahead of me, I was left feeling a state of shock, I felt somewhat paralyzed. My first impression of Kelly was that she definitely had spunk. As the case evolved and I became weary she seemed to fight harder. I found myself feeling hopeful. She genuinely cares. The Honorable Judge will provide his final ruling in a couple weeks. Either way, the judge decides, I am confident that my counsel fought for me, gave it their all, and believed in me. By Kelly sharing her strengths, gifts, and passions she provided me peace of mind during a time of grief when I felt like I had nothing else in me. She gave me hope. Having the confidence in Kelly’s abilities as a professional allows me to write this review not even knowing the outcome of my case because it’s who Kelly is and that will not change. If you seek justice and need a warrior that fights your battle alongside you, rest assured you can sit back and experience peace knowing you are working alongside someone who really cares and has natural advocacy talent, it is completely rare and refreshing. I am primed to really, really dislike attorneys based on some personal experience. And, then, when backed into a corner, I had to retain and hire one. And, from the MOMENT I talked to and then met Kelly, it was clear that she is the hardest working person I’d met, and that she genuinely cares about the people she helps. And, she’s also INCREDIBLY talented at litigation, written work (briefs), and research. She’s as tenacious as she is caring. I felt so at ease with her fighting for me and my children. I couldn’t recommend her more!!!!

As I write this review, I find myself at as loss for words. Not only because how do you write a review when you don't want to repeat what everyone else has already said (Seven GLOWING reviews, and I am number eight.), and to find the words to express the gratitude that I have for Kelly and he hard work on my case. Based on my experience with previous attorney's I have had, Kelly truly is one of a kind. From a professional standpoint, Kelly performed above and beyond by doing the things that are important to clients, such as: Returning phone calls and emails in not only a timely fashion, but extremely quick, keeping me updated and informed about my case, being well prepared for my case, consulting with me on the course of action I would like to take, providing legal advice, setting realistic expectations, and making sure to approach the situation with amicably above everything and aggressive when necessary. What is more impressive than all of this though is Kelly's level of commitment, passion and empathy that she displayed throughout, providing advice that was not only solid legally, but in approaching the interaction with the other party. Other attorney's I've hired have shown interest levels based on finances and billing, while Kelly showed commitment to my case at all times. Again, I honestly could never fully put into words the level of satisfaction and gratitude that I have for Kelly's services. Not only did Kelly get ALL of my issues addressed, but the level of commitment, passion, empathy and just humanity that she brings to the table is a refreshing change of pace in a system full of attorney's that seem more concerned about billing. CANNOT recommend Kelly enough.

I have had a few lawyers throughout my life, and I can confidently say that you will not find one like Kelly Heckel. When it Looked like the odds were greatly against me she did not hesitate for a second to take on my case and fight for everything I wanted. She got me 75% placement with my two boys. She fought for my children as if she was fighting for her own. Throughout the long and frustrating process she never once felt like my lawyer but like a friend. I can assure anyone they will not find a lawyer with such kindness, compassion, and helpfulness as Kelly. She went above and beyond her duties as a lawyer, I haven’t met one or heard of one that comes close to her. She will fight your case as if she was fighting her own and she will help and guide you every step of the way. Words cannot explain how great full I am for crossing paths with this wonderful person. I was referred to Kelly Heckel for a consultant when I got myself into some trouble. Kelly helped me get through it while advising me on what steps to take and how to approach my mistake. She was very educated about the law and took her own time to lend me a hand. Throughout the whole process she was very friendly and gave great advice on how to proceed forward. Overall, Kelly was extremely helpful and I found her to be very educated, friendly and willing to do anything she could to help me and would definitely recommend her for anyone in need of an Attorney.

I have to say she was the light in a very dark time for me. She was prompt in her responses, knew her stuff and walked me through everything every step of the way. I've engaged other attorneys who took my money and didn't return calls or explain much. I can assure you, I was blown away by her kindness and if you are looking for someone who has passion for her clients, will fight like a barracuda for you, trust me... you will be amazed. That's why we call her Attorney Angel!

Kelly went above and beyond for me, even under such a minor case and condition; yet she handled my issue with the upmost of care and sincerity for my wellbeing. Couldn't recommend more!

My representation was two-fold, both excellent and above what I had hoped for. Kelly represented me in a child placement matter as well as a defense of contempt matter. In both cases, she was honest, up-front about what to expect, and what she knew. Kelly researched every matter until she knew all she could possibly know and planned to counter the other party with every potential. She consulted when able, and was (by far) fair with the cost in relation to the stellar services she provided. It makes no difference, as her representation was a grand effort, but I was successful in both incidences.

Ms. Heckel's professionalism and class is bar none! If your looking for a knowledgeable lawyer who cares not only about your case but about you as a person, I don't think you could get anyone better. Ms. Heckel is the golden star in a sea of leeches who not only just want your money but could care less about you personally. I revere Ms. Heckel and I am so fortunate to have had her representation in a case that of course had a great outcome because of all all of the above. When people make mistakes it's hard to find someone that is understanding to your situation and to be able to WANT to help you the very best that they able to. Kelly Heckel always kept me up to date on the case step by step and always explained things in ways that a non lawyer can understand such as myself. I couldn't have been luckier to have found her and have represent me! I was always treated very nice by her and at times couldn't even find the right words to explain how grateful I was for all that Kelly had done to help me with my case. I will always have good things to say about her and think that she deserves to be recognized for the GREAT job that she does. It wasn't dollar signs to Kelly it was another human being wanting to help another person . I made a terrible choice with terrible consequences and she was able to help make my case even better that what I thought was possible. I will never forget how great she is at her job and if someone needs a lawyer she would be the only name I would ever give out! I felt better when my case was done as any person would but the kindness continued. I couldn't have been luckier to get a flyer in my mail with her info on it at a time when I needed a lawyer.
