Mr. Durkin helped me get my disability benefits after two years of fighting. Highly recommend.

No idea if she’s a good attorney or not. I called to ask her for a consult about guardianship law and all I gave was my name. I was out on hold and then her Receptionist came back on the line and said, “we are not able to assist you”. I asked, may I ask why? She said, “we are not able to assist you” again. I asked if they could refer me to someone and she Said, “no we are not able to assist you”. I kind of laughed and said, I’ve never had that happen - usually the office would say, our books are full, we don’t do that kind of service (hair cut, printing, tailoring etc)….i don’t think I’ve ever had a business say just we know nothing about you but “go away”. This first receptionist said let me find out more information. Then a second one came on the line and said “we are not able to assist you”. I said, I know, but would you be willing to tell me why or refer me to someone who could? And she Said “we are not able to assist you”. I said, all I said was my name, and you Do the type of law I need advice on and she Said again “we are not able to assist you”. I laughed and said Goodbye. She definitely didn’t like my last name!

Talked with Patrick Cafferty and he is very understanding and knowledgeable. Had a bad experience the other day with the receptionist and Mr. Cafferty made me feel 100% better. Give their office a call if you have any legal needs or need some insight on how in-depth your problem is.

He is an amazing lawyer, he helped me with a custody battle and was able to get me everything I was looking for. He was very patient and willing to explain anything that I had questions on. Unlike others he reaches out to you for upcoming court dates explains well each step ,set appointments ,and is there on time. Very Affordable & works with you he you can afford the lump sum. Payments plan is available. His young but I believe he will be one of the best in the midwest. Highly recommend!
