It was an absolute pleasure to work with Jillian at Cafferty Law. She was the 3rd person I spoke to about helping with a speeding ticket for which it was not possible to personally appear in Racine. I spoke to a lawyer at one firm who sounded unsure of the results he would get, and the staff of a 2nd firm that charged less and would only attempt to reduce the violation to a lower speeding charge (and I wasn't able to speak directly to an attorney). At Cafferty, an assistant took our information and Jillian called back in minutes, explaining that she would attempt to get the charge reduced to a non-moving violation and confidently presented a plan to continue to pursue the matter if she didn't get the results that I wanted on the first try. She communicated quickly and clearly and got the charge reduced as I had hoped at the first hearing. It was truly a wonderful experience working with this company.
