These people shouldn't practice law.

I was in a car accident that was not my fault, my car was totaled out, my neck was sore, and I didn’t know what to do next. My parents said to call Tlusty & Kennedy and that they would help me figure things out. I called and talked to Jessica, she assured me not to worry and that they would help me get everything taken care of. From my doctor bills, to my insurance, to the other guys' insurance agents, etc., Jessica was incredible at helping me navigate the situation. Having an accident is stressful enough, not to mention not knowing how to go about things, but with Jessica I didn’t need to worry about anything. She was great about staying in touch and letting me know the status of my case, and if I had a question, she had a response that same day. I ended up with a very rewarding settlement. I can’t thank Jessica from the Tlusty & Kennedy law firm enough in making a difficult time in my life a lot easier.
