There are probably a ton of criminal defense attorneys out there that we could have went to. We chose her because of her long standing commitment to her clients and the community. She did not treat us like a number, she went as far as giving us her cell phone number in case we needed anything over the weekend. She is down to earth and an all around amazing attorney. I was comforted knowing that my son's case was in her hands and she was going to be fighting for him and get the best outcome. I am very happy that we went to her. She went above and beyond and I will be forever grateful for her service to my family.

Handled 4th owi and Felony Battery with compassion and care. She treated myself and my family with respect and care. She had me prepare for the worst and I was shocked beyond belief when everything at sentencing went so well for me. She fought hard and told the ADA and the Judge in my case everything positive that I had accomplished since my arrest. I couldn't have been more amazed when I was sentenced to just a fraction of what the ADA had recommended. Amazing!

Barbara did a wonderful job! I got a speeding ticket I could have lost my license for and she was able to save my license and even got the points dropped drastically! Would hire her again in a heartbeat!

I am the father of a son who Barbara has proceeded his case. If anybody is looking for an attorney she would be the best one to defend you. She was very professional in his case. Barbara has worked very hard on his case and kept us informed in detale on what was happening from court to court. My son got exactly what she told us at the begging.my son was faccing prison time and she promised she would keep him out not only she did that but sentencing turned out alot better than expected. She was very nice and profesional in her job. Very glad to have met her. My son said he was glad she represented him and she was an awsome laywer. Also when trial was all over she still showed concern for my son stating if he gets into trouble to let her know she well talk to him. Just awsome. I was very pleased with Barbara. She was very straight forward with everything that was going on. The communication from her office was great, there was never a time where i had to go find something out for myself because she called me after every meeting with the district attorney to let me know what was going on and how the case was progressing. She never had a problem with saying things as they were. She was very understanding of my problems and issues and was willing to help out in ways you never think a lawyer would. I would definitely hire her back again to help me out with any legal actions needed in the future.

I was extremely pleased with Attorney Barbara Kirchner. She was very thorough in explaining the process of court & helping me understand the billing. She believed in my case and was willing to go the extra mile even though I had already paid a retainer fee to a local attorney that I didn't feel would work for me . She even helped me understand the steps needed to intitate recovering some retainer fees that I felt were in question from the previous local attorney.
