I had somewhat of an unusually crazy case. From the first time I contacted Casey, he was friendly, down to earth, and seemed to care about my needs more than anything else. He was upfront and fair with his rates, and took the time to listen to me and explain what was going to happen. I felt very comfortable with hiring Casey to defend me, and from day one it was clear that it was the right decision. Casey went above and beyond to go through the evidence and put together my defense. He worked well with his Private Investigator, and they kept me very informed on the deleopment of my case. He was very easy to contact, and I would get a response from him almost instantly at any time of day. Casey took my case very personal, and he seemed like more of a friend than an attorney. He spent countless hours working on my case, and even recieved emails and updates from him during the holidays. He is very thorough and educated on the legal system, and left no stone unturned. I would definitely recommend Attorney Casey Hoff to anyone for any type of case. There can't possibly be anyone else who is as passionate and thorough as Casey.

I managed to get through 62 years without so much as a moving violation ticket. I changed that record in my 63rd year. Got my first (and I hope last) speeding ticket. OK, I deserved it. Paid the fine, and that was that. A few months later, due to some chaos in my life (it happens) I was charged with 2 misdemeanors. A good friend said I should have a lawyer. Not having any experience being a "criminal", I didn't know this. I naively thought a misdemeanor was not a big deal. I called Casey and that call was at least ONE smart move I made in my 63rd year. I was a nervous wreck, having never been arrested and going through the booking process. I never fully understood "vulnerability" until this event. Having Casey on board, with his intelligence, legal expertise, compassion and empathy was priceless. He treated me with respect and genuine concern for my well being. He knew how shaken I was by this, and I cannot imagine anyone better to turn to. If you are in medical or legal trouble, firstly you want THE BEST. You want the doctor or lawyer to know their stuff, first and foremost. If they ALSO happen to be genuinely compassionate and understanding of your vulnerability and fears, you have THE BEST of THE BEST. Casey is this. He is thorough, reassuring, keeps you posted at every turn, explains clearly what you need to know, and is just about one of the nicest people I've EVER met. And that is saying a lot for 6 decades of meeting people! He is just what I needed that first time I was arrested, and the SECOND. About 6 weeks after my first arrest, i was arrested for another misdemeanor. I dreaded calling Casey to inform him of this, I was ashamed and in disbelief that my life seemed to be coming apart at the seams. Casey was once again, ON BOARD, and there for me 100%. Understandably, this time around, it was looking less hopeful that my charge would be reduced to a citation. Casey went right to work for me, and amazingly enough, the District Attorney DROPPED the charge completely. I think even Casey was a bit surprised, but we were both very, very happy! Having this chaos crop-up in my life twice in a 6 week period, is disconcerting to say the least, as well as very embarrassing. Casey inspires confidence, calm, and he is not at all judgmental. When you have hit bottom, the last thing you need is someone looking down at you and judging you. Casey has a wonderful understanding of people and he is truly interested in helping, and being there for his clients. I do think of him as my "Guardian Legal Angel", and i have to say this: Casey at the Bat! I thought of this phrase so many times in these past weeks, it was a comfort, and it made me smile. I am determined to "de-chaos" my life, and not ever experience another arrest. I am so fortunate that I had Casey in my corner. I can't recommend him highly enough! I was facing an OWI 3rd offense with this being the second in five years and a 0.297 blood test. I was in a real jam. My employment was on the line which had the potential to do great damage to both myself and my family. I decided to call Casey and set up a time to meet. My first impression was that Casey is a young guy. I wondered if someone his age could be enough of a presence to have gravity with the Court. Would he be able to persuade a jury? However, after a brief talk it became very clear that Casey is a very sharp and aggressive attorney. He immediately found points of attack in my case. I decided to hire him. This turned out to be a great decision. Casey not only knows his law but has an amazing work ethic. I believe this willingness to do whatever it takes is what separates Casey from the rest of the pack. Every single piece of evidence was challenged and motions were filed to remove language from the jury instruction, admission of the blood test, and determination of a timeline. The prosecution wilted under this and surrendered to a reckless driving plea agreement. Amazing! I cannot even begin to say how impressed I am with this result. Do not hesitate here. Attorney Hoff was able to get my first offense OWI reduced to a lesser ticket. He handled all of the court appearances, and kept me informed of how the case was developing. Attorney Hoff educated me about the process, and I always felt that he was devoted to my case 100%. I would strongly recommend retaining his services.
