I hired Dennis to represent my wife who has a professional licensure as well , and could not afford to her lose both her professional license , and drivers license as well , and Dennis by far is the best DUI lawyer in the state of Wisconsin . Do not play games and waste money with other attorney's, hire Dennis if you want a favorable outcome, also he helps construct the law's in the state of Wisconsin , so glad i hired him . My wife has been give another chance, and i thank Dennis for that second chance for us both .

Attorney Dennis Melowski allowed me to have a fresh start by winning my case. He took the time to explain things as they happened and even educate me so I didn't feel lost by a system I am normally not a part of. After searching around and looking for the best attorney possible I was finally referred to Dennis. Words can’t describe how grateful I am to Dennis and his team. I was stopped on New Year’s Day and facing an Owi 1st offense with a PAC over .20, everything seemed hopeless and having a CDL I was looking at loosing my job as well. Dennis was worth every single penny I paid him, I was being charged with my 2nd OWI in September of 2017. I knew I needed the best of the best. I began to ask around and was told by a police officer in Dodge County that he had seen Dennis in action in court and he is the best of the best for OWI cases. I looked him up and his reviews say it all. You wouldn't be disappointed if you hire him. He is worth ever penny. Normally you would loose your drives license until you are found guilty or not guilty. Dennis was able to file a motion for me to keep my drivers license the entire 4 1/2 years until March 9th 2022 when I was found not guilty of all charges by a 12 man/women jury. 4 1/2 years this drug out in court, one mistrial and final result not guilty. I cant even put into words watching Dennis question and cross examine witnesses on the stand. He will leave you speechless. This man knows the law inside and out and mostly from memory. I know I have said this already but he is your man if you want the best of the best. I cant thank him enough for what he did for me.

I hired Dennis to handle my first ever own case. He is well worth every penny. He worked and responded to my case in a very timely fashion. My case settle before trial. With the info he put together and working with one of the toughest counties in the state of wisconsin for owi he got the prosecuting lawyer to reduce my charge to reckless driving. I hired Mr Melowski based on a referral from an acquaintance. His services are worth the price we paid. He was patient and knowledgable. Mr Melowski explained the process and was up front about all possible outcomes. The process took approximately 2 years to finalize. I had the best outcome given the situation. I hired Dennis Melowski to represent me in my OWI case, yes it was expensive but he is well worth the money. This was my 1st OWI and on our first conversation he said don't be surprised if this takes over a year before we reach an outcome. Mr. Melowski is highly skilled and impressive at what he does with all of the initial negotiation and motions filed. We ultimately still ended up going to trail. I was impressed by his efforts prior to the trial, but that doesn't compare to him in the court room. To watch him command the room in front of a Judge, District Attorney, and Jury is AMAZING! After 14 months of negotiations, motions filed, and ending in a jury trial (that took 8 hours!)....It all ended in NOT GUILTY of the OWI charges! Mr. Melowski is without a doubt the most qualified attorney an individual could hire to give a person the best chance in fighting an OWI. I recently hired Mr. Melowski to defend me for my unfortunate lapse in judgement. Hiring Mr. Melowski was one of the best decisions I remember making in recent memory. Not only was he able to mediate an unbelievably favorable result in my case, but his demeanor and professionalism put me at ease throughout the entire process. After hitting some black ice and wrecking my truck I was stopped by a local police officer. Having passed my field sobriety test the officer became rude and unprofessional. He then insisted on a breathylizer in which I refused and then was placed under arrest. Having a CDL and driving for my job I could not let this accident with my personal truck go. I looked all around and finally seen how great Dennis was at his job. The dedication he showed my case proved to me it was money well spent. I was able to keep my liscense and after 2 long years (due to the D.A.) my case was dismissed. I never even had to miss work for court. I believe solely that the motions he filed and professionalism he had shown made the local D.A. realize it was going to be a troublesome issue and they decided to drop my case. I've kept my job and my family has not suffered at all due to his perseverance. This man will fight for you.
