We experienced a very unique situation that required legal assistance. We had asked numerous friends and family members who they would recommend. Both Attorney Kaufmann and Attorney Kautzer names were mentioned a number of times. We phoned Hawley Kaufman and Kautzer and they agreed to offer their assistance. We could not be more pleased with the outcome of our situation. Attorney Kaufman worked very hard and stayed in constant contact with updates and incredible advice. We will certainly use their firm again in the future.

Working with Corey Mehlos was an absolute joy. Not only was he able to have my charges dismissed, he was also extremely transparent about the process, what I can expect and how the court will perceive my circumstances. I had hired Rachel for my divorce case. She was horrible!!! Very unknowledgeable and seemed to support my ex. When it came to child support he cried (literally) so she lowered it to 14% for two children. I was on cut hours at the time yet she worried about him. Then he moved out of the house first so she made it that I was responsible for mortgage and utilities until the house sold. I almost had to foreclose on it. She was charging me for calls she never made to me. I was keeping track of them all and the minutes. Her excuse was she charged me for the messages left on my phone. Yet I had none for those days. I had went in the office to drop off bank statements as she requested I provide all past ones for review. She talked about how her legs were sore from working out and then on my next bill she charged for office conference. Her workout had nothing to do with my case. All she cares about is how much money she could get from me. All of this isn’t even the worst. Because of her negligence I only have shared costody of my children. I now get to lose out on half of their lives, half of holidays, half of birthdays.

Barbara Kirchner is a stupendous attorney. I have felt supported since the day I walked into her office. It has been a very interesting ride, but I feel that Attorney Kirchner has done her best to help me. If you need a lawyer, Attorney Kirchner is the way to go! She is very insightful, intuitive and impactful. As of May 18th 2020, I would like to add to my previouse review of Barbara.
