I was referred to Sarvan by friends who had hired him for their arrests and received excellent results. I knew of his reputation for being tough, diligent, relentless and most of all getting you the results you need. I was arrested for my first DUI but I'm a CDL holder. That CDL is everything to my livelihood. As a business owner I could not afford to lose this. Sarvan fought a tough arrest as my BAC was .18. He was able to litigate every step of the way where I had no loss of driving privileges. The charge of DUI and prohibited BAC were both dismissed and reduced to a lane deviation citation. Throughout the entire process I never had to step foot in a court room. He was always prompt in communication with me and kept me informed of what was going on. This process took just under three years to finalize. I couldn't be happier with the results he received for me. You won't be either! Hire Sarvan if your ever in the predicament of a DUI.

I was so nervous when I got my dui being I have a cdl and my career depends on it, I made the decision to fight it thinking there was no way out, Sarvan and I sat down and went through my case and he said I should defiantly fight it so I did and he was amazing and got me off! I think Sarvan did an excellent job. He was perfectly honest about what he thought they could do, and didn't try to sugar coat it or exaggerate anything. While he is busy and couldn't be there to pick up every call, he returned every call and email, and answered every question and concern. The outcome was my 2nd OWI was reduced to reckless driving, which is exactly what I was hoping for and what he said he thought he could do. I was charged for accidentally removing my IID too early, and Sarvan was able to get my charge, which was a criminal charge, completely dismissed by pointing out weaknesses in prosecuting my case to the prosecutor. He did so in a county that does not dismiss ANY cases, which was particularly impressive. He is also very personable and down to earth. I recommend him highly!

Before I hired Sarvan for my case, I searched the internet for the best out of the best attorneys to fight my DUI case as there was only a slight chance to win the case. I received my 2nd DUI and a Hit and Run. I was facing a felony, time in prison, loss of gun rights, and loss of voting rights. I also do a lot of hunting and mentor hunting, a felony would have crushed that aspect of my life forever. He truly saved me and my family from major disruption and financial disaster. He is truly a SUPER LAWYER and one that actually cares. I would not recommend any other lawyer to anyone. Sarvan is in a league of his own.

Sarvan was very informative on what was all going on with the case and what I needed to do to keep everything going the right way. Being I have a CDL I knew I could not afford to lose it and Sarvan knew that and took care of business.
