Charlie and his team are amazing. At first it was Intimidating because all the information is coming at you all at once so trying to process it is difficult, but as time goes by and being patient it becomes some much easier to understand what's going on the plan he's putting place. I also want to point out that one of his team members Kelly she was awesome because when Charlie wasn't around she definitely picked up the ball and was able to answer anything I needed answered. I understand the cases he does are different form case to case but the courtesy and professionalism they display (Team) is remarkable.
