Firm successfully resolved my issue

This firm was of no assistance to us. We worked with them for 2 years before we fired them. The next attorney we worked with to resolve the same exact problem took care of the problem in 4 months to our complete satisfaction. This firm was a complete waste of time and wasted $5,000 our hard earned money.

I found communication with the firm to be terribly lacking. They would receive my communication, charged me for it (as reflected on my monthly bills), but it was always difficult to get a reply and often I never got a reply. My case never seemed to move forward without heavy prompting and it would literally be months between any action. Finally, after the most recent 4 months of nothing, I have requested my complete file be mailed to me (I never received a response to that either). My case was never completed, but I'm out a hefty chunk of money, and have nothing to show for it.

Shari helped me with my mother's estate. Per usual things always seemed to take longer than I would expect but I am not a lawyer. Things were all taken care of and done correctly. I am grateful that I was able to have someone holding my hand through the experience.
