I called Robert Osborne the other day to set an appointment to talk with him. When my 1030 am appointment time came I waited for 20 minutes with no call. I then called Robert at 1045 and was lied to by his secretary when she told me he tried to call me. She must not know about caller ID. There was no call or message. She then told me he was in with a client, another lie. She put me on hold and Robert took my call. STAY AWAY!!! THEY LIE AND ROBERT TREATED ME LIKE GARBAGE AFTER GETTING ON THE PHONE AND CHASTISING ME FOR QUESTIONING HIS BUSINESS ETIQUETTE. You can do better!!
