Accepts retainer, draws it down. Completely unfamiliar with details of the case and related correspondence. Spends more time discussing his personal life during our meetings than focusing on the case.

I hired him to help with my custody case. I told him several times what I wanted and he continued to send documents with incorrect times and days. Before consulting me he would send them off. This lead to ultimately making me look indecisive. After trying to make my document correct several times on my last attempt he told me if there were any more changes he would drop me as a client. I would not recommend him for this type of case.

Told me to take a plea. When i was innocent. Otherwise a 50/50 chance in trial. When the state had no physical evidence or leg to stand on what so ever. So being young and dumb and scared. I listened to him and now got a felony record that haunts me forever.. Ever lawyer i talked and show all the documents to said he took the $8500 and ran.. did absolutely nothing.

Chris' work product was produced with minimal effort and a very perfunctory paper was produced that obviously was put together via cut and paste from previous works. His work resulted in high fees and erroneous statements that ended up being recorded as fact. I deeply regret hiring this attorney.

Mr. Lummis did a very good job for me handling my divorce. He was straight forward and knew the laws for my County well. Whenever I had a question, he usually got back to me within a few hours.

Chris has been our lawyer for the past 1.5 years for a child custody matter. He has done an excellent job, and continues to do so.

I used this attorney for a very short period of time a few years ago. He took all of my deposit, although I don't think he did much of anything before dropping me as a client. He was never avaliable after I gave him my money and he didn't want to even meet with me until 2 days before the trial. When I complained that I was not okay with that he simply sending me a copy of the motion to be removed as my attorney. He then refused to meet with me even before the judge apporved his motion.
