We had our LLC paperwork drawn up by Lauterbach Legal. Everyone was quick and courteous. Our meeting was pleasant and easy. A proof of the paperwork was sent to us and completed within a week. I would recommend Lauterbach Legal to anyone needing their services.

I would not recommend Mike Lauterbach. Putting together your will is stressful and makes you think of things you never want to think of so it's important to find someone you trust. He did my will and my boyfriend's will and charged me twice as much as my boyfriend. Our wills were basically the same template and if anything mine was easier as I did not have to include minors. Mike's explanation for the pricing difference was that my boyfriend was eligible for a 'promotion' that I was not eligible for. However, my boyfriend knew nothing of this promotion. I believe my situation is what led to the price difference. I am a relatively young single woman, with considerable assets and I have terminal cancer. So, I needed this will more than most and I believe I was take advantage of. Finding a lawyer you trust is critical when determining how the end of your life will be handled and I would not recommend Mike for the job.

Mike and his team were great when we were planning our estate...They were thorough, receptive to our ideas and concerns, and willing to make numerous changes for us as we moved through the process. We would highly recommend them.
