My family and I have worked with this firm a few times, and it was nothing but smooth sailing! There was always someone available to answer our questions or guide us through the process.

My spouse had paid $30 to be matched with the best firm to help with the constant air traffic we get above our home. We get loud airplanes, drones and jets flying above our house day and night. My spouse suffers from PTSD and head injuries which these aircrafts trigger and he is miserable. This company has failed us by rejecting the case after paying $30...for nothing. I'm tired of not getting a respond or any help for someone who is suffering. At least give him a refund!

No body wants to do any actual work anymore, what a waste of $30!

I had a traffic ticket a while back that I contested. Pinkert Law Firm was assigned to represent the city of Sturgeon Bay. I was pulled over for having a headlight out (completely understandable). During the stop, the officer informed me that my drivers license was revoked. I had seen my doctor over a month prior to take care of that issue, but apparently the paperwork was not submitted by his office until 3 days after the traffic stop. I had proof to show when I had seen my doctor, as well as a copy of the paperwork which showed I had seen him over a month prior. Fast forward to pre-trial. I received a letter from Pinkert instructing me dates and times to call them. I called a total of 3 times. The first time, the guy was busy, and I was told to call next week. The second time was not memorable, however nothing was accomplished in terms of explaining my situation. The third time, our conversation was brief. He asked me if I still intended on taking it to court, which I replied yes. He told me "see you in court," and that was that. In court, after the final ruling (I lost) he said that if I had called him with this information, we may have been able to work something out. That's when I lost all respect for this firm. What a ridiculous thing to say after I had repeatedly attempted to call and sort this issue out. I get that lawyers are busy, but I thought in Sturgeon Bay they'd at least give you the time of day.

Attorney was completely unprepaired for our meeting.

Horrible law firm. Calls are not returned and money thieves.

We recently updated estate planning. They were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Estate attorney was excellent but 2 others we worked with where totally unprofessional . They rarely answered calls or emails and did everything to delay the case giving advice contrary to our interests but always presented their huge bills on time. This would have been fine if they had gotten ANYTHING done to advance our case in the 6 months we worked with them.
