Great place to find legal advice and title work for real estate transactions. All of them are great!

They do not return phone calls or do what they say they are gonna do.. 2 months ..and nothing has been done.. I am planning on reporting them to the better business and Wisconsin law board .. sick to have trusted them

The most unprofessional law firm I've ever dealt with. Zero communication, unprofessional remarks and actions in the court room. I, unfortunately, was working with Nate Cockerham on a case with a family member and ONE DAY PRIOR to the court date, we got a letter stating he withdrew counsel. While this is totally acceptable, doing it 1 day prior and leaving your client without proper representation is beyond tacky. Nate Cockerham was left probably 10+ voicemails regarding a case with not a single return call. Even thinking about anyone working with this firm makes me so sad for their clients. I'd give this god awful firm 0 stars if I could.

Nate Cockerham is a scam artist who will take advantage of you if he sees an opportunity. There is much better options around here. The entire law firm is extremely unprofessional.

The most unprofessional law firm I've ever dealt with. Zero communication whatsoever from Nathan. Then less than a week from court date, he sends a letter withdrawing himself as counsel. There were so many conflict of Intrests in that firm, its sickening. Waste of time!

I was working with this firm on a problem tenant. The attorney sent a notice of intent to evict to the wrong tenant. I was left doing damage control due to their incompetence. My last dialogue with the attorney was in April of 2021. Now I am getting bills in September (5 months later). At this rate I could be getting invoices going into next year. They refuse to give a credit for their mistake. Not very organized for a law firm

I personally have only great things to say about this firm, specially for Attorney Cockerham. Since the beginning he listened very detailed to what was going on, he gave us great advise. He represented the case in a very impeccable manner until the charges were dismissed. Every time I would call and he wasn't available, we would leave messages and he was getting back to us via e-mail or phone as soon as it was possible to him. We are from out of State, but definitely my family recommends this firm. Also side note to his assistant Wendy. She was also great to us. There was one day Nate was out of the office and we left a message and in a few minutes he called us back. Definitely worth every penny. Thanks again guys for keeping us updated to the minimal detail and everything y'all did for us.
