I highly recommend Fritz Anderson; He represented me back in 2004 as my public defense attorney and I just recently reached out to him again to overlook that original case for my pardon application. After reviewing it he noticed an error in the filing of paperwork and said that I do not have a felony conviction. He told me who to contact and even wrote to the prosecutor and had the case dismissed. Mr. Anderson is very knowledgeable and will point you in the right direction.

Don't do it, you will regret it. Service was terrible. We found that there were more unsolved issues with my mother's estate, and we had already paid him.

This guy literally could not have been worse. To preface, I had recently been diagnosed with PTSD, Bi-polar disorder, and some other mental health diagnoses. I was prescribed medication for this.
He represented me on a criminal case that included revoking probation. He got an offer from the DA that was not bad/not great. While in jail for this, the jail suddenly changed and discontinued several medications of mine (somewhat common in jails). Not surprisingly, my moods and behavior became erratic. I got into a mutual combat fight with another inmate and was criminally charged. The DA offered a plea agreement that seemed much to harsh.
I attempted to explain to Chris my mental health struggles, which included multiple suicide attempts, along with my medication history, including the recent change in medication. I had documentation to support all of my claims. Chris would not even look at the documents. It became clear that he was there for one thing only: a quick paycheck. If it wasn't quick, he wanted no part of it.
Rather than go through the evidence with me, he disregarded it as irrelavent. How is a mental health diagnosis and a forced medication change irrelavent to subsequent erratic behavior?!?
Chris came back a week or two later with a new offer: it was both of the first two offers combined into one. There was no reduction in jail time or probation for pleading guilty and resolving all cases at once. When I brought this to Chris' attention he told me that this was as good as it gets and take it or leave it. I asked could i not accept the first offer regarding probation revocation (which I was clearly guilty of) and reject the second offer to fight the criminal disorderly conduct charges. He said that if I did that the DA would revoke the whole offer and I would, in essence, be screwed. If you have ever been involved in a criminal case, you should know this is patently absurd.
He didn't even try. He advocated AGAINST me and treated me like a castaway monster. Again, I could not be LESS impressed with Chris Gramstrup. Hire him at your peril. He should be disbarred for his methods and manner. I should have know he was terible based on his ill-fitting suits.
I've said my piece.
