Terrific staff. Easy to work with.

The staff is awesome!!!

I experienced the same issue as Marie Czenko above. We closed 18 month ago and title of property is still not transferred to our name. Countless emails and calls to David Smith’s office go unreturned. A simple issue of an error by Chicago Title could of been resolved at time of closing but he was too busy to attend. I’m sure there are better attorneys to use in Walworth County.

Poor experience with this company, don’t return phone calls. Seems like I always talk to someone who doesn’t know what they are doing. Save yourself the hassle and go else where

David Smith was hired for a real estate transaction based on the advice of my attorney. He is a kind man and an inept attorney. There were a number of significant items on the contract for the purchase of the home to be completed after purchase -- Smith should have advised and did not, to put funds in escrow until said items were completed. Upon multiple points of contact after closing the only thing I got from Smith was ZERO reply -- yes even when I stated I understood this was outside the scope of the fee for the real estate transaction and would pay hourly, it didn't matter, he didn't respond. On calling his office, I was always told he was busy with closings. I do have one email where he responded he would get back the following week and never did. This man should not be licensed to practice law; he is not an advocate for his clients and there is zero follow through.

David and his staff were great. They are very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions clearly. I would definitely use them again. I highly recommend David.
