1st timer with an "injury lawyer". Went very well. Took a lot longer than I expected. BUT never dealing with this before I didnt really know what to expect. They were very understanding about my injury. They kept me informed about the case. They really did know what they were doing. When others said "no case" Danielle said " yes there is a case". I made a GREAT decision. My compensation was more than I expected. VERY HAPPY with Danielle and her staff.

I have been collecting from an insurance policy when I received some back pay they wanted all of it. The amount was more than I made in a year. I contacted Danielle to see if I really had to give my back pay to the insurance co. or not, or if I could at least hold back enough to pay the tax burden that I would have to deal with come tax time. Danielle gave me some ideas to try on my own first and said if I had problems after that I could hire her at a latter date if needed. I was able to come to terms with the Insurance co. and very satisfied with Danielle's advice. I think it is great that Danielle was honest and told me that should try to work it out myself before I hired a layer. I had just reached a compromise with my insurance co. that allows me some money to pay my taxes. Thank you Danielle
