It’s been 9 months since I used him still waiting to be billed and return my unused money , case was thrown out and never seen court but kept all my money anyway

Sent pictures of my daughter with bruises that should have had my baby’s mother arrested but somehow this place allowed full placement to her because she made a false allegations domestic abuse the same day I contacted Cps and I’m the one who needs supervised care to watch my child who I have done no wrong too. Make it make sense? He is aware as well my sister has not been cooperating to let me see my child doesn’t care this is not sane and professional. It’s supposed to be about the child this is clear bias and unprofessional treatment. I have a roof and money for my child where she doesn’t need to be hopping around mind you she has two other kids working third shift. Cold hearted and messed up i beat the case he has yet too contact me.

Great lawyers saved a lot of my assets and made me feel better about a 21 year relationship breakdown. Good guy that would gladly help a good dad. I appreciate his wisdom and hospitality. I have ADHD and he helped me think clearer in these stressful times . God bless ya!

Very upset with the progress. Paid him a retainer years ago and still don’t have a solution to our problem with child placement. The mom of the kids are walking all over our family and Joe Fisher took the money and did nothing to help. Won’t do as he promised, doesn’t return phone calls or send emails when he said he is going to. I DO NOT recommend him. I have given him plenty of time and chances to reach back out to us before writing this review.

I would never recommend him. All he wants is money and doesn’t care for your case. The worst experience with this attorney.

Attorney Fischer handled my case in a professional and fast manner. I never doubted that he had my case under complete control as he communicated the legal nature in a way my family and I could easily understand. Fischer is clearly knowledgeable and skillful in his practice but my experience was more than that. I can only assume that the poor reviews left by few others on here came from clients of his which, in one way or another did not understand their case or what it is an attorney is at liberty to do for them. I would not trust anyone else to handle any future legal needs of myself or my family.

As a person, Atty Fischer is very likable. As a family law Atty he is terrible, at least from my experience. He presented himself well when I first met him, but it wasn't long after I hired him that I regretted it. Too many times he would show up for court unprepared. Several times in court I had to supply documents/info because he didn't have them or he had forgotten the details of a certain issue. So as his client I found that I always had to be prepared in case he wasn't. I caught errors in the opposing sides math when calculating monetary settlements during a hearing, mistakes that went right over Atty Fischer's head, one to the tune of several thousand dollars! He was awful at returning my phone calls or emails. Opposing attornies became frustrated with him because he didn't respond in a timely manner, if at all. I caught him being dishonest on several occasions. I would NEVER hire him for anything, ever again. I can NOT advise you to hire Atty Fischer. Maybe he'd be ok in a simple and short case. But there is a strong chance you will regret it in the end.

I understand with lawyers you get the good or the bad, depending on your situation. You also take in consideration why you need them... With hiring Joe fisher I got more than a lawyer. The guy is very smart in what he does and pays attention to detail. Some attorneys are as good as their clients but I wouldn't consider hiring anyone else but him. When he is by your side in court that nervous feeling you have in your stomach immediately goes away. But that's what I expect from a Marquette Grad.

Looks beyond the initial case to the deeper issues at hand- during my divorce and family legal needs. Since then I have consulted and used his legal services for a multitude of other legal consultations. He has been very effective at working with opposing attorneys, yet clearly has supported my best interests - even when my own understanding of the issues was not as clear as his expertise. Would never go to anyone else for my legal needs. I trust him implicitly with my best interests and my future legal and family planning needs.
