I retained Tom to represent me for criminal defense for a domestic violence case where I had to defend myself from an attacker. I found him to be considerate, empathetic, and very sincere representation to my case. He fought very hard for me, going above and beyond the call of duty - gathering evidence and preparing for war should we go to trial. In the end, we did plea bargain my case - however due to Tom's diligence and bargaining on my behalf, the DA was moved to speak out in support of the lightest sentencing possible for my case. I sincerely believe he had my best interests at heart and should I ever need him I will definitely utilize his services again.

Thomas Alberti is by far one of the best lawyers i have ever dealt with. I hired him as my attorney in my child custody case and i am so happy that i did. He went above and beyond for me with my case and was always a phone call or text away if i needed him. I cannot express how grateful i am for his time and patience through out the entire process. I had lawyers in the past that did not believe i could win my case and Thomas did, and we did in the end. If you are someone fighting for your kids, i wouldn't recommend anyone else!!!

Thomas is a great guy. Personal and very competent. I dropped a small clams case in his lap with little to no notice. He performed spectacular with such little time. His arguments for my case where on point. He did not miss any points. He found some I did not see, and me know in the case for months longer. In the court room, the opposition surprised us with late evidence and turned this under handed tactic against them. I could not ask for more he made me comfortable. Being a small business owner, I’ve been to court before with other Attorneys but never been this happy. Good job, Thomas thanks.

Great guy, goes the extra mile for his clients. He has all the technology for modern day defense. Creative and convincing in his defense. Hope I never need to hire a lawyer again, but if I do, Tom Alberti is my guy.

I had a case pertaining to my daughter about custody. I have met with 5 other attorneys. The day before court I thought I would call alberti law services.we talked over the phone for a bit and He said he would meet later that day .we talked and went over everything .right after I hired him on the spot . He actually cared about me and my daughters case it wasn't about money at all .he was very very reasonable . Out of all of these other attorneys I wish I knew about him first. I couldn't of been more happier with him. He's very down to earth and I'm glad he took my case .I couldn't of asked for a btr attorney and now a friend .

I had an OWI 2nd. It was issued by the WAPD. It was so wrong that it isn't even funny. So, I fought it. Tom represented me throughout the case. He obtained a dismissal. They refiled the charge. You can imagine our joyous response to this. We were despondent. But, we were determined to fight to the bitter end. His dogged determination and absolute dedication were evident. He demanded a trial at every appearance but was met with resistance by both Judge Bonnie Gordon and the ADA. We never did get our trial. But Tom did obtain a second dismissal and the prosecutor did not refile. Final disposition is: reported in error. We both wanted a trial. But, we achieved the same or similar outcome.
