I retained donna for a complicated felony charge. She was awesome from the very beginning. She was honest and professional throughout my entire case. She was always available to answer any questions i had. She was very thoughtful and considerate. She successfully plea bargained my case down to a misdemeanor for me. I would not hesitate to recommend her or anybody in her firm when needing an experienced attorney for any reason. She really cares about her clients. I felt safe with her on my side.

I cant express how wonderful Donna is. She is a fighter and a Winner. My case involved allegations of child abuse from my pre-teen son. She was quickly able to document his history of mental health issues and was able to show the district attorney that it was in fact just those ongoing issues that caused him to make those allegations. She was always been there when I had a question and always explained everything thoroughly. She was strait to the point and told me how it was and what her plan to handle everything would be. Donna helped my family in 2013. I received her name as a reference from another attorney and I'm so glad I did. In a panic, I contacted her to help my son, a minor who got himself in a bit of trouble. She promptly took my phone call, met with my family, explained the law, and suggested a course of action. Not only is she capable of working towards a resolution, but she is willing to proceed to trial, if need be. Fortunately, a trial was not necessary for us. My child got taken away this year (2014) due to a misdiagnosis at Childrens Hospital, With the best of my intentions and concern for my child I took him there in hope they could help me figure out what was wrong with him and four days later, he was taken out of my custody by CPS because Childrens falsely accused my family of child abuse when in reality he had a metabolic bone disease. Donna helped me emotionally and always kept my eye on the prize, she showed perseverance at every meeting/court appearance. I could tell her work was genuine at all times, also her awards speak for themselves. she showed compassion and fought just as hard as I did to get him home. After two and a half months, my son was home, safe and on the road to recovery. I can never thank her enough for what she has done. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is going through a similar ordeal or any ordeal that they may need legal help, although my case was complicated, she was never timid in her work. she knew we were innocent and she no problem fighting for us.

Donna did a great job on my criminal defense case. I was innocent and she was able to get the charges dropped. She was very helpful though out the process and I really felt she cared. I would highly recommend her!
