My son was charged with robbery and assault in a first time offense. He was only partially guilty and a minor. Craig got my son and our family through this ordeal with the absolute best possible outcome and helped my son become a better person in the process. I got myself into trouble at the beginning of the year, and it was the first time I’d ever done so. I was looking at some ugly charges, and I knew that I need help quickly. During the pandemic, while away at college, he made a mistake and was issued 5 tickets, very disproportionate to the reason for the citations. Overall, they waived 3 tickets and he took responsibility for his mistake. And then, Craig continued to go above and beyond, recognizing the importance of a clean driving record, he successfully addressed a few concerns that would also affect our son more than we realized. He sincerely cared about our son’s well-being and understood the challenges he was dealing with. Our son is back on track with a job and coursework that relates to his future career interests. When difficult times hit, they tend to be unexpected and spiral quickly, and it’s difficult to know where to turn. We are so grateful to have met Craig and know that our son’s turnaround and success is happening due to people like him. I called Craig Kuhary when I have received an OWI , I knew immediately he was the lawyer I wanted. We went through my case for over a year , Prosecution getting two different results on my blood test. They sent it off for a third time but with the case having to go on for another nine months , Craig got it dismissed. He also got my inattentive driving lowered to a wrongful turn signal which was great so my license or insurance didn’t take a hit. He as very honest, Caring and forthcoming with everything. I had an argument with the soon to be X-wife. Unknown to me she calls the cops. Claims she felt cornered and threatened. That's all they need. First time in my life (i'm in my 50's) I saw the inside of a cell. She filed a false charge, lied like a rug! I was referred to Mr Kuhary by my Divorce Atty. I told him 2 things, 1) this didn't happen and 2) review the video recording made by the police. He did, then he went to the district Atty to review and they both concurred, this didn't happen. The cost was reasonable compared to the cost of my reputation. He was quick, efficient, kept me in the loop and knew what to do. Domestic issues are tough to get out of, but when you are innocent it's nice to know there is someone out there that gives a hoot and listens to you. Searched for an experienced family lawyer that knew the Waukesha legal system. Craig had all the qualities I was looking for. I wanted to get a quick start on my case. We were able to address it in the pre charge phase. I retained Craig on a Monday and a week from the following Tuesday the charges were dismissed. I cannot rate him higher than 5 stars or I would.
