Working with Craig is amazing. His vast experience, reputation, and strong communication skills are evident from your first conversation with him. He is Very upfront and is not afraid to examine and challenge evidence, if you are looking for an attorney that isent going to immediatly try and plea bargin you out, Craig Kuhary is the right attorney for you. In addition to being highly regarded within the Wisconsin Court system, his support staff at his law firm (which is right next door to the waukesha court house) is incrediable fast and very detailed, its nice to be able to know i can always get ahold of someone to answer questions, if he is busy his paralegal follows up almost immeditaly. Craig is a great person inside and out, having an attorney that truely wants to help you minamize a bad situation, and looks to find the good and the niche, whether its a criminal case case or a speeding ticket, will have you telling your friends and family "i got the best attorney" for years to come- is this review a little cheesy, yes, but ive had bad experiences with other attorneys that left me feeling like i was taken advantage of with a plea i probAbly could have negotiated myself with the DA - i trust his judgement and have such a high amount of respect for his honesty and integrity- ur not going to bs pissed off or second guessing urself if you retain Craig Kuhary

Kelly was appointed by the judge to my case as our Guardian at litem. I felt she really did a great job for my child. She was always informed, she contacted my ex-spouse and I promptly, her office is quick to return calls, she spoke very calmly and politely with my ex-spouse's attorney (who was an extremely difficult attorney to work with) and she was always courteous (but firm) in court. She truly looked out for my child's best interest and she made recommendations to the judge fully acknowledging requests from both sides - mine and my ex-spouse. Thanks to her, my divorce went smoother and settling on custody issues was much easier given her knowledge of the law and ability to explain it in such a way that a lay person like me could understand. I really highly recommend her if you have tough custody issues with your ex-spouse.
