Hiring Todd was the best decision I could've made for my case. In court, he was calm and convincing as he presented the facts in a unwavering manner. I felt much more comfortable having him by my side, and he WON my case in the blink of an eye. I was shocked. I will forever recommend Todd to anyone looking for a lawyer. He was supportive and knowledgable about the laws surrounding my case. I couldn't have won it without him. Thank you Todd!

Todd did an excellent job handling my OWI/Refusal case. In an extremely stressful time for me, he made it as simple as could be. We discussed what kind of a plea I wanted if he didn't think we could win the case after reviewing the evidence. Then he went out and got me a better plea deal. Refusal dismissed and minimums on the OWI.

I was referred to Todd from a friend who told me this was the guy you wanted on your side when facing an OWI charge....they were right. Just when I thought this was a slam dunk for the prosecution, Todd was able to point out all of the things I did right the night of my arrest, find a loop hole, and get the most vital piece of evidence for the prosecution thrown out. He then negotiated my OWI charge down to a reckless without going to circuit court and ending everything in Municipal Court. I can't thank Todd enough for all of his time, work, and knowledge. He knows EVERYTHING there is to know about OWI's/DUI's and what loop holes to look for. IF you are in an OWI/DUI jam....go with attorney Todd Snow!

I don't even know where to start! Todd has been an amazing asset to my case. His professionalism and integrity speak for itself. I can't say enough good things about Todd. He handled my case with aggression and faith. He never promised me what I wanted to hear, but fought hard to get the best possible results and next to an outright dismissal I got the next best thing. This meaning I will have NO criminal record thanks to Todd's hard work. Todd has amazing connections in the community and he gets results. I don't plan on getting in trouble again, but thanks to Todd I have a long, bright future ahead of me. If ever in need Todd is the attorney to contact. His experience and background speak for itself and I will forever be greatful thanks to Todd. I still don't know where I would be today without him my guess is I would be feeling pretty hopeless and depressed. Todd saved me from jail time and more severe consequences. Thanks to him I will never have to step foot in jail, nor be monitored for probation. Todd is an asset that any person facing a life altering consequence should contact. I got my life back and no longer have to worry. I will forever be thankful to have a good friend/attorney like Todd!

I had a very bright future with the world at my hands, but then I got into trouble with the law for the first time ever. I was scared and confused not to mention I did not know where to turn or who I could trust telling this incident to without harsh criticism. Over a year and half ago I was put in a position of trust to handle money for a friend and I took advantage of that position and borrowed money without consent when I was short on funds with every intent to pay it back as soon as possible. Little did I think that my friend would find out before I got a chance to put the money back into the account. After speaking with her she was irrate at what I had done and immediately filed a police report about the situation. I saw my whole future flash good bye before my eyes with an upcoming commission into the military, my future with law school, and community ties along with future jobs... All that would be lost because of one stupid situation. The next day I was going to speak with her and found out from a third party I was to have no contact with her and made the mistake of being told the investigating officer wanted to speak with me. I then proceeded to the police station to tell the officer everything that had happened and what I did. I felt that I could trust this officer since I had never been in trouble before and he seemed to be genuinely kind. I learned from this experience that when in question about being invesitgated about something NEVER EVER talk to the police they will lie to you and find a way to turn everything you say into a twisted story that WILL be used against you. I did not realize this at the time as I thought I was doing the right thing. The next day I contacted Todd which happened to be a Saturday afternoon. I didn't expect to get a resonse back from any of the lawyers I contacted until at least Monday or later. After about twenty minutes of speaking with Todd he advised me on everything to do. I immediately felt a sense of relief knowing someone cared and even though I had not retained him yet he was still willing to help! What amazed me even more with Todd's promptness to return my call was the fact that he was down in Kansas for military training and wanted to help. I hired Todd without thinking twice about any of the other attorneys I had contacted and knew I was making the right decision. I hired Todd to my case because I felt at ease knowing he was an Army JAG attorney/officer which is the career path I was heading down and knew my future was in jeopardy. Todd understood what a conviction would do with my military career. Todd go right to work on my case contacting the investigating officer on the case to see if it could be minimized. After the officer refused not to send the case to the DA Todd already had a Plan B which included sitting down with the DA for a precharge conference. After the case had been assigned a DA Todd got in touch with the prosecuting attorney and worked out an agreement for a pre charge diversion which meant that I would not be charged for the crime I committed given I follow a set of strict conditions. To only other thing that kept me from getting this agreement was that the victim had to agree to the agreement which she did not so the case was charged out as a felony about 5 months after the incident. Todd kept me informed EVERY step of the way and responded to EVERY text, email, and call that I had. He kept me informed of all my options and potential outcomes. After 9 months of a pending case, four court appearances, and 2 DAs, Todd was able to reach an agreement with one of the county's toughest prosecutors for a deferred prosecution agreement. This means that given the terms of the agreement that everything is followed the case will be dismissed after an allotted period of time which will result in no criminal record! The feeling that I felt after my final court appearance was indescribable! Todd gets results and he never stopped trying!!!

Mr. Snow knows a lot about DUI and criminal laws. I had a DUI felony charge reduced to a misdemeanor. I was very satisfied with the results and all he did for me. These are very touchy cases and there are no guarantees. He will be honest with you about your chances right away. It is up to you as a defendant to do exactly what he tells you to do and not to do or he won't be able to stand up for you. Just because you hire a lawyer does not mean he can just fix it. You have to do your part and that is what he instilled in me the very first time we met. You will not be able to this by yourself and he can't do it by himself. It all made sense and I felt I had to try for a reduction and that is why I hired him. I would hire Mr. Snow again.

I was arrested for having a BAC above .02 (on my occupational license with an interlock device) and operating after revocation. After hiring Mr. Snow, I felt more at ease knowing a knowledgeable professional was on my case. The BAC ticket was dropped after the blood test results came back below, but I still had the OAR to deal with, which was a big deal to me being a member of the National Guard. He informed me, with his knowledge of military law, that a Deferred Prosecution Agreement would be counted as a conviction. His bargaining with the DA led to a dismissal of the case. After the arrest happened, my occupational license was revoked. Once he found out the BAC ticket wasn't going to be filed, he made sure the arresting officer did the proper dismissal paperwork so I could have my occupational license back. I was very happy I hired Mr. Snow, and was more at ease knowing he was on my case. He has a casual manner of speaking, but a hard work ethic when it comes to business.

I went to Todd after my mother decided to sue me for visitation with my children. Although I hired in 2008 he is still currently working on various things for me. My initial case took over 3 years to get resolved and Todd never gave up. He went above and beyond for me. He is a very down to earth, professional, intelligent and passionate lawyer. I refer anyone and everyone I know that needs a lawyer to go to him. He's that good.
