Mr. Snow was my attorney for my disorderly conduct case. I was looking at a 10 day jail term and he was able to get that reduced to a $100.00 fine. He never promised the outcome I wanted, but he tried hard and was successful. Todd and his assistant Connie were very professional. He was reasonable for his fees. Thank you Todd and Connie. If I need assistance in the future I will contact his law firm. (Hopefully that isn't the case...no more trouble for me!!!!)

I received a 4th DUI and was facing a Felony Charge which meant I would have to serve time in Prison; I would lose my job, and essentially my life. After meeting/talking with 11 different Lawyers, I chose Todd Snow due to his experience with this type of case. After explaining the details of the case to Todd, the first thing he did was lay out a personal plan for me. This plan involved my enrolling in Alcoholics Anonymous and a Rehab program, both of which I did and both have paid big dividends for me personally. It was great advice! The second thing Todd did was explain what I was up against and although there are no guarantees, he would do his best to get the charge either reduced or dismissed. In court Todd was well prepared and explained to the judge that the arresting officers had no proof that I was drinking and driving and therefore no reason to arrest me. Although the Prosecutor and the Officer argued aggressively that they had proof, Todd stood his ground and continued to bring up more evidence to the contrary. Finally after 7 months, multiple hearings, and 3 different Prosecutors, Todd proved there wasn’t sufficient evidence to convict me, the Judge agreed with Todd, and dismissed the case. I would like to thank Attorney Snow for his advice, his honesty, and professionalism in representing me. I would strongly recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

I was referred to Todd Snow by a friend after receiving my second dui in seven years. I was not even aware of the penalties I was facing prior to my initial consultation with Todd. I was thinking about just paying the fine and facing the consequences (losing my license for a year, possible jail time, and outrageous auto insurance premiums for the next five years, etc.). I explained the details of my case to Todd. The first thing he did was that he made me feel a little more at ease with the situation. I felt like Todd understood what I was going through and never judged me. He explained what I was up against and what he thought the pros and cons were to my case. He did all of this without giving me any false expectations and before I even agreed to hire him. Once I agreed to retain Todd’s services, he went right to work and was successful in his request for administrative review by the D.O.T. on grounds of lack of probable cause. This allowed me to keep my driver’s license until the case was finalized in court. After a pre-trial conference with the assistant D.A., Todd filed a motion with the court to dismiss the charges. At the motion hearing, Todd was well prepared and asked all the right questions to the arresting officer that was testifying. Todd also successfully countered a lot of the points that the prosecutor was trying to make. In the end, the judge pointed out statements that the officer made in response to Todd’s questioning. Those statements lead the judge to the decision that the officer did not have probable cause to even approach my vehicle prior to arresting me. The judge concluded that the stop was unwarranted and therefore the arrest should never have happened. The judge dismissed all charges on those grounds. I would like to thank attorney Todd Snow for his diligence and success in representing me. I will recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

Todd represented my son for a sex offense charge. From the beginning of the case he felt that the supposed victim was not telling the truth and he believed in my son and his profession of innocense. He explored several different avenues for my sons defense. He was greatly distressed over the case and the severity of the charges that were brought against my son. He was able to work through some very frustrating times in his relationship with my son but emerged even more determined to resolve the case and see it through to the end. The election of a new district attorney provided him an opportunity to negotiate a better deal for my son and he seized that opportunity. Using all of the reports, evaluations and letters that he had compiled he was able to convince the DA that there were problems with the evidence against my son and bring into question the validity of the accusations made by the alleged victim. His determined efforts resulted in a dismissal of all of the serious charges leveled against my son when the "victim" admitted that the accusations were not true. The only charge that remained was a misdemeanor that resulted in court costs only. I would recommend Mr. Snow for anyone in need of legal counsel or representaion.

I recently retained Todd for an owi charge. I met with Todd in March and explained to him that I never had an attorney for any past convictions. He collateral attacked the priors and was successful. He always let me know that he couldn't guarantee anything but that we had the best chance possible. I feel that he never gave up or didn't do all he could. He took my case personally and professionally. Most of all he got my life back and I got a second chance. I hope I won't need him in the future but I definitely recommend him to everyone I know.
